The Colony Community Center is ideal for family reunions, holiday parties, showers or receptions. The meeting space includes 5 foot round and/or 6 foot rectangular tables, chairs and a service kitchen with ample room for your catering needs.  The space can easily accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner or up to 150 buffet style.  The facility can be reserved as long as it is not being utilized by our active adults and is available Saturdays beginning at 2 p.m. and Sundays until 6 p.m.

This beautifully restored 4,000 square foot historic Victorian home is available to rent per night, week, short-term, long-term or by the day. The Spencer House is fully furnished with antique fixtures, spacious living areas, modern kitchen and a Texas-sized porch complete with rocking chairs and enclosed landscaped courtyard.  Four bedroom suites are located upstairs and feature a personal bathroom, air conditioning unit and television.  The Spencer House is a great place to entertain family and friends or host a bridal luncheon, baby shower, wedding or family reunion. The Hidden Cove Park Conference Center offers a relaxing atmosphere with the uncompromised beauty of Lewisville Lake. The facility is ideal for family or class reunions, corporate picnics, weddings or special events for up to 200 guests. Your custom package will include tables, chairs and access to a service kitchen equipped with gas stove stops and oven as well as a refrigerator for convenient meal preparation. An oversized grill is also available for use just outside the Conference Center.

In addition, other amenities at Hidden Cove Park include boat ramps, sandy beach front, bank fishing, horseshoe courts, playground area, pavilions, picnic areas, BBQ grills, fish cleaning station, volleyball, restrooms with showers as well as tent, cabin and RV camping with full hook-ups.
